Refund policy

  • For online purchasing product via payment gateway, the safety of all your transactions will be ensured by the company.
  • Return & Refund
  • We will be entitled to returns and 100% refund in case the product delivered is damaged or open seal condition.
  • Concerning the above-mentioned point, customer should immediately inform the company and with that product should be returned within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Image verification will be needed, for any defective product on delivery. In case of product defect or damage, contact our customer care with pictures of the same.

Our customer care executive will help and guide you with refunds.

  • Customer must keep the record the delivery of the product in a video to avoid any dispute at the time of returning the product.
  • In case of wrong or changed product, the customer will have to produce the video recorded immediately.
  • Refund will be made in the form of money back to the payment mode/account that was used at the time of transaction.

Below products shall not be eligible for return or replacement :

  • Any product with the physical damage to the box or the product
  • Any product that is not in its original condition
  • Any product that is returned without the original box and other items included with the packaging of the product at the time of delivery. In case of any query, please call or write to our customer care service at mail ID.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Customer’s satisfaction is the main aim at Nirvana Jewels. In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept the return of products within 14 days of the date of sales. We will refund a full amount deducting the shipping charges. In that case, only matter of point is that the product should be returned in unused and in the same condition at the time of delivered, with its original box packing. Nirvana Jewels reserves the right to reject any return request, in case the product package is opened or product looks in used condition.

In case, the product received is the wrong or inexact product

In this case, if the issue is informed immediately within 3 days on receipt of the product, we would refund 100% of the product cost. We request you to not accept the product in this case.

Return method & payment

  • We request customers not to accept any wrong product.
  • We will also accept the return shipping cost for any wrong product delivered.
  • For a refund, the procedure will be done as the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If a transaction is of cash on delivery mode, the refund will be done by online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.

The refund will occur within 10days of the receipt and checking of the goods. Cancellation The customer will be entitled to a 100% refund, in-case the customer wants to cancel the order before the product is shipped.

The policy as mentioned above will be only applicable in case the product is already shipped.
